Return Policy

We want you to love your Hueliá ritual. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for U.S. orders.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• The bottle must be at least two-thirds full

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Please note:

• We offer free shipping on all orders

• If you choose to return a product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

• If you selected expedited or overnight shipping at checkout, this shipping fee is non-refundable

• Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected

• If you receive your product damaged, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you, including shipping.

• International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns at this time

To begin a return, email us at customercare@hueliabotanicals.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. If your item was damaged, please include a photo so we can assist you quickly and kindly.
